Homeschool Day 7/30

We will probably take next week off from school, since we are preparing for our daughter's wedding.  Also, we're almost halfway through sixth grade math and the public schools haven't even started back yet, so it would be ok if we took a break.  We won't fall behind.

• Apologia's Earth Science - we are really struggling with the "make a globe" project.  I probably should have skipped this project.  We're trying to add the continents and the material I used for the globe is not holding ink or paint.  I tried printing out continents and glueing them on the globe, but the glue isn't sticking either.
