I forgot to post what we did all week for some reason. Here's what we've done Monday through Wednesday of this week.
Bible
- Action Bible Devotional
- My First Hymnal - "Go to Dark Gesthemane"
- The Action Bible - Saul hunts David, dies/David becomes King
Math
- Saxon 6 - this is going really well
- Math Project - we finished the "Create Your Own Basketball Team" project from Teachers Pay Teachers. I need to find another math project for him to do
English
- Voyages in English 6 - he wrote a personal narrative, we started to learn how to use a dictionary
- Spelling Workout D
Reading
- My Side of the Mountain
- Independent reading
Medieval History
- Story of the World 2 - native Australians
- The Usborne Illustrated Tales of King Arthur
Science
- Exploring Creation with Astronomy - Mars
Extras
- He graduated from Cub Scouts, earned his Arrow of Light (the highest award in Cub Scouts) and has moved onto Troop-level Scouts
- Ballet as usual
- He started a soccer season (it's short - only 7 weeks)
