• Exploring Creation with Astronomy - we did the compass lab
• Compass Lab
• We filled a bowl with water
• We took a magnet and rubbed the magnet on a needle, turning the needle into a magnet
• We set a leaf on the surface of the water
• We carefully rested the needle on the leaf
• The leaf spun until the needle pointed north
• This really was a cool lab
