Homeschool Day: 1/1

 9th and 11th Graders

  • Physics
    • Capacitors Lab (from the QSL Physics Kit)
      • Use a breadboard, LED, battery, resistor and 3 electronic capacitors to light an LED after a battery is disconnected
      • Showing that capacitors store electrical charge
      • Used a stopwatch to time how long it takes for the capacitors to run out of energy

We finished the California Achievement Test Grade 6

 We finished the California Achievement Test Grade 6 ...which is the grade he would have just started if he went to public school.  I try to...
