Our library has the MathStart series and I'm starting to read through the Level 2 and Level 3 books with the 2nd grader.  Almost all of these are in our library system (through inter-library loan).

The MathStart website has a list of books by level and then what math concept is taught in the book.

Level 2 Books - these are meant for grades 1-2
